5 Hz to 100 Mhz. Signal measurement can be either in 'frequency' or
'period'.
Linear and Logerithmic sweep: Can adjust variation of sweep width in linear
or logarithmic up to 100:1. The rate is adjustable from 5 sec to 10 msec.
Adjustable symmetry/duty cycle: The duty cycles/symmetry adjustment
modifies a waveform from 10 % to 90%.
Microprocessor based instrument with menu driven operations for setting
waveform outputs and operation modes.
LCD display:
16 character by 2 lines.
Unit performs self test on power up.
